Water mist systems can be used in buildings where the water supply is very low. Water mist use less water for extinguish the fire and is less harmfoul of water damges after deployment.

Gas systems
This is a system where you have high value items stored and cant use water based systems.
Inert system that is based of natural gases in atmosphere and lower the o2 value down to 10-12%. You CAN still be in the room if the system deploys and its harmfoul gases sinces is the same gases as in the atmohsfear.
